Through its wholly-ownded subsidiary, Frasers Centrepoint Limited (“FCL”), Fraser and Neave, Limited ("F&N") has a global portfolio of quality residential properties, serviced residences, real estate and fund management, and commercial properties which include retail malls, offices and business parks. FCL is one of Singapore’s top three property companies with total assets of over $8 billion.

To-date, the Group has developed over 40 residential projects and built over 11,000 quality homes in Singapore and over 20 residential projects in China, Thailand, Vietnam, United Kingdom, Australia and New Zealand. It owns and/or manages 12 retail malls, 10 office towers and 2 business parks and a logistic park. FCL is one of the leading international branded serviced apartment operators, managing over 12,200 serviced residence units in 39 key gateway cities including London, Paris, Tokyo, Hong Kong, Shanghai, Beijing, Nanjing, Shenzhen, Seoul, Manila, Bangkok, Hanoi, Singapore, Sydney, and Dubai.

Leveraging the Group’s extensive network of alliances, FCL will continue to make inroads into selective overseas markets (China, Thailand, Vietnam, Australia, New Zealand and United Kingdom) to broaden its earnings base. To enhance its capital productivity, the Group also aims to increase fee-based activities and reduce its dependence on earnings from investment properties.

Frasers Centrepoint Homes

Frasers Centrepoint Homes ranks among one of the top-selling developers in Singapore residential property market. With more than 11,000 local homes built in over 40 developments since the launch of The Anchorage, its inaugural project in 1992, its success is due largely to a mix of strong attributes - good locations, innovative product features and attractive pricing. The continued success of Frasers Centrepoint Homes is largely due to the inherent ability of the Group to meet and exceed the expectations of the market.

Frasers Centrepoint Trust

Frasers Centrepoint Trust (“FCT”) is a leading developer-sponsored retail REIT focused on growing shareholder value for its unitholders through active asset management, sound financial management and strategic investments.

FCT invests primarily in quality income-producing retail properties and its initial portfolio consists of five quality suburban malls. To-date, it has an asset size of $1.7 billion. The well-established malls, Bedok Point, Causeway Point, Northpoint, Anchorpoint and YewTee Point, enjoy wide captive markets, good connectivity and high occupancy which provide the basis for a strong and sustainable income stream.

In 2007, FCT marked its foray into the overseas market with the acquisition of a 27% stake in Hektar Real Estate Investment Trust, Malaysia’s only pure retail REIT listed on Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad. This strategic investment was increased to 31.6% in 2008 and it positions FCT well to participate in long-term and substantial opportunities in the Malaysian market.

As a developer-sponsored REIT, FCT has the ability to tap into FCL’s strong pipeline of quality assets and offers investors a greater investment potential through its acquisition growth strategy and active asset enhancement initiatives.

Listed on the Main Board of the Singapore Exchange since 5 July 2006, FCT is managed by Frasers Centrepoint Asset Management, the real estate and fund management division of FCL.

Frasers Commercial Trust
Frasers Commercial Trust (FCOT)

In August 2008, the Property division acquired 17.7% stake in Allco Commercial REIT ("Allco REIT") and 100% of the REIT's manager. The REIT was renamed as Frasers Commercial Trust ("FCOT"), and has a market capitalisation of close to $500 million, with $2 billion of nine commercial properties located in Singapore, Australia and Japan. The portfolio includes prime CBD offices in Singapore such as 55 Market Street and China Square Central, as well as Central Park, Perth - the tallest building in the city.

Frasers Centrepoint Malls

In Singapore, FCL's 12 retail malls – Anchorpoint, Bedok Point, Causeway Point, Changi City Point, Compass Point, China Square Central, Eastpoint Mall, Northpoint, Robertson Walk, The Centrepoint, Valley Point and YewTee Point, are operated under the widely recognised Frasers Centrepoint Malls brand. These properties span both urban and suburban areas with over 1,300 shops. Quality retailers in these malls include Robinsons, Marks & Spencer, Cold Storage Supermarket, NTUC FairPrice, Courts and Metro. Waterway Point will be its 13th mall.

Frasers Overseas

Frasers Property is the international arm of FCL, which focuses on developing world-class residential and mixed-use projects in United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Vietnam and China. Recent developments include Gardens at Riverside Quarter in central London, Lumiere Residences and Frasers Broadway in Sydney, The Pano in Bangkok and Shanshui Four Seasons in Shanghai. Other commercial properties currently owned and managed by the Group include Me Linh Point Tower (retail/office) in Ho Chi Minh City, Vision Shenzhen Business Park in Shenzhen, and a hi-tech logistics park - Frasers Hub - in Chengdu.
