Frasers Centrepoint Trust
Frasers Centrepoint Trust ("FCT") is FCL's retail REIT. It invests primarily in quality high-yielding retail properties and its portfolio comprises Anchorpoint, Causeway Point, Northpoint, YewTee Point and Bedok Point. These suburban malls are located in densely populated residential areas that provide excellent and stable income to the Trust. In Malaysia, FCT is a major shareholder and a strategic partner with Hektar REIT – a retail Reit with a portfolio of quality suburban malls across Malaysia.

Frasers Commercial Trust
In August 2008, the Property division acquired 17.7% stake in Allco commercial REIT and 100% of the REIT's manager. The Reit was renamed as Frasers Commercial Trust, and has a market capitalisation of $500 million, with $1.9 billion of commercial properties located in Singapore, Australia and Japan. The portfolio includes prime CBD offices in Singapore such as 55 Market Street and China Square Central, as well as Central Park, Perth - the tallest building in the city.

Frasers Centrepoint Malls
With a stable of 9 malls in its portfolio, Frasers Centrepoint Malls cover more than 1.9 million sq ft, with over 650 shops. Flagship mall, ‘The Centrepoint’, located on Orchard Road boasts well-known names like Robinsons and Marks & Spencer, whilst the other suburban malls, Bedok Point, Causeway Point, Compass Point, Northpoint, Anchorpoint, YewTee Point, Robertson Walk and Valley Point, are home to other retailers like Courts and Metro.

Frasers Hospitality
Winner of several awards, Frasers Hospitality is an international serviced residence management company with Gold Standard residences in nine major gateway cities of Europe, the Middle East, North and South-east Asia, and Australia. New developments are coming up in, among other places, Bahrain, Dubai, Nanjing, Shanghai and Tokyo, with a target to manage a total of close to 10,000 rooms (both operational and signed-up) by 2012, up from the current 5,000 rooms.

Frasers Property is the international arm of Frasers Centrepoint, which focuses on developing world-class residential and mixed-use projects in United Kingdom, Australia, New Zealand, Thailand, Vietnam and China.
