F&NHB - Acquisition of the remaining 5% of Borneo Springs Sdn Bhd

Pursuant to s.704(15)(d), the Company announces that its subsidiary, Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd ("F&NHB") has, through its subsidiary F&NCC Beverages Sdn Bhd, purchased the remaining 5% of the equity share capital of Borneo Springs Sdn Bhd ("BSSB") at the purchase price of RM841,099. BSSB is now a wholly owned subsidiary of F&NCC Beverages Sdn Bhd. A copy of the announcement made by F&NHB dated 18 June is attached.
