F&NHB - Acquisition of a Shelf Company

Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd has on 13 June 2008 acquired the entire issued and paid up share capital of Tropical League Sdn Bhd (Company No: 788978-K) comprising two (2) ordinary shares of Ringgit One (RM1.00) each.

Tropical League Sdn Bhd was incorporated under the Companies Act, 1965 on 20 September 2007 with an authorised capital of Ringgit One hundred thousand (RM100,000). The Company is currently dormant and will be used for the purpose of consolidating and developing certain of Fraser & Neave Holdings Bhd Group's existing landed properties.
