Completion of Transaction in India

The Company is pleased to announce that it has completed the transaction of subscription of 67 per cent of the share capital in Pearl Breweries Private Limited, a joint venture with Jaipuria Beverages & Food Industries Private Limited, first announced on 30 June 2006.
