APB Completes Acquisition of 40% stake in Jiangsu DaFuHao Breweries

The Company is pleased to announce that the acquisition of a 40% stake in Jiangsu DaFuHao Breweries by its associated company, Heineken-APB (China) Pte Ltd, first announced on 31 March 2005 has been completed.
