APBS Rejects Claims Made by Sumitomo

APBS confirms that it has been served a Writ of Summons by Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, Singapore Branch (formerly The Sakura Bank Limited) for a sum of SGD10,323,207.94, interest and costs.

APBS is confident of its position, and will vigorously defend the claim in court.
