Listing of Fung Choi Printing and Packaging Group Limited ("Fung Choi") on Singapore Exchange Securities Trading Ltd ("SGX-ST") - Change of Shareholding

We refer to the Company's earlier announcement on 18 June 2004 in relation to the Company's acquisition of 33% shareholding interest in Fung Choi. With the invitation for subscription of new shares in Fung Choi and the listing and trading of Fung Choi's shares on the SGX-ST today, the Company's shareholding interest in Fung Choi has changed to 24.7%.
