Incorporation of CPL (Broadview) Limited by Centrepoint Properties Ltd

Pursuant to Clause 704(15)(c) of the Listing Manual, Fraser and Neave, Limited announces that the Company's wholly-owned subsidiary Centrepoint Properties Ltd has, through CPL (NZ) Pte Ltd, incorporated a wholly-owned subsidiary, CPL (Broadview) Limited in New Zealand with a share capital of NZ$100 divided into 1,000 ordinary shares of NZ$0.10 each.
