Appointment of Director and Retirement from the Board, and Retirement of Company Secretary

The Board wishes to announce the appointment today, of Dr Han Cheng Fong as a Director of the Company.

Dr Han replaces Mr Tan Yam Pin who retires from the service of Fraser and Neave Limited, effective today, and consequently has relinquished his directorship.

Dr Han Cheng Fong has also appointed Mr Tan Wee Tee as his Alternate Director on the Board of the Company.

In addition, Mr Ian MacLean also retires from the service of Fraser and Neave Limited, and has today resigned as Company Secretary of the Company, a position he has held since 1978.

The Board records it appreciation of the many contributions of Mr Tan and Mr MacLean over their many years of service.
