Incorporation of CPL (China) and Marine Parade View Pte Ltd

Pursuant to Clause 904(1)(c) of the Listing Manual, we announce that Centrepoint Properties Ltd has just incorporated two wholly-owned subsidiaries named CPL (CHINA) PTE LTD and MARINE PARADE VIEW PTE LTD respectively. CPL (China) Pte Ltd has an authorised capital of S$100,000 and a paid-up capital of S$2.00, and Marine Parade View Pte Ltd has an authorised capital of S$1,000,000 and a paid-up capital of S$2.00.
