(A) LEGAL ADVISOR

You will be part of the Corporate Legal team providing legal support and assistance to our Group of companies and its regional offices, and face challenges in a broad range of activities of the Group.

Requirements:

• A good Honours Degree in Law
• At least 2 years of post qualification experience in private practice or as an in-house legal advisor
• Good working knowledge of commercial, corporate work, intellectual property and/or litigation matters
• Able to work effectively with minimum supervision and to tight deadlines
• Good oral and written communication skills in English and Mandarin

(B) RESEARCH & DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

This is an exciting new position. Working at a senior, strategic level, you will champion and drive the complete R&D new product development process from product concept to final launch and ensure timely execution of projects. You will constantly update yourself on new product developments in both local and overseas markets and recommend new development projects proactively.

Requirements:

• A recognised degree in Food Science, Food Technology or relevant subjects
• About 10 years' relevant experience and track record in food and beverage R&D
• Able to lead and manage a team of food technologists
• Strong analytical and organisational skills
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese languages
• Outstanding R&D individuals from the academic field looking for a career switch to work in commercial environments are welcome to apply
